摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the durability and stability of coupled parts by coupling a gun arm consisting of an Al-type metallic material and an electrode tip holder consisting of Cu type by means of a composite metal of Cu and Al. CONSTITUTION:An Al or Al alloy material 2a of the same type as that of a gun arm 1 and a Cu plate 3 are joined to one body by explosive welding, whereby an electrode connecting piece 2 is obtained. This piece 2 and the arm 1 are connected by welding. The Cu plate 3 of such piece 2 and an electrode tip holder 7 consisting of Cu or a Cu alloy are joined and fastened by means of bolts B.
