PURPOSE:To surely fix a lead terminal by inserting both ends of a U-shaped terminal plate into a pair of long holes installed in an outer case and bending the ends so as to surround projected parts installed on the inner surfaces of the long holes. CONSTITUTION:A U-shaped terminal plate 4 is faced to the surface of a pair of long holes 3 installed in a case 2a and inserted into the holes 3. The tips of the terminal plate 4 are projected to the inner side of the case and bent toward ribs so as to surround them. The tips, located on the inner side of the case, of terminal plate are bent one more time because of the presence of ribs 5 and a space is generated between the bent tip and the rib. When a tip of lead terminal is soldered to the space, heat of a soldering iron is concentrated on the tip without giving heat effect to the case 2a, and the lead terminal is surely soldered. |
