PURPOSE:To obtain an SECAM color signal recording circuit having a simple circuit configuration, by releasing the interleave through 2-multiplying a color signal. CONSTITUTION:A color signal is 2-multiplied in a 2-multiplying circuit 12, a subcarrier frequency fR of an (R-Y) signal, and a subcarrier frequency fB of a (B-Y) signal are converted to 2fR and 2fB, respectively, and the interleave is released. A flip-flop 17 changes over a switch means SW in every H, and when a color subcarrier is fB, the first oscillator output offering a frequency corresponding to (fR+fB) is selected, and in case of fR, the second oscillator output offering a frequency corresponding to 2fR is selected. Also, a frequency of (44+ or -1/S) fH is let out from a PLL circuit 1, and a PLL output and a switching output are heterodyned. Accordingly, when a 2-multiplied output and a low frequency carrier are heterodyned, a low frequency conversion color signal which has released the interleave is led out. |
