PURPOSE:To prevent the section-over, by controlling a specified switch circuit by specified first and second opening-closing apparatuses corresponding to first and second feeder sections formed in a stringing. CONSTITUTION:In blocks 16-1, 16-2 for controlling feed for the trolley wires 4-7 connected to the sections, 1, 2, 3, thyristors 19-1, 20-1 constituting a switch circuit are connected to the section 1 in parallel. The signals of AND gates 29-1, 2, 30-1, 2 that takes the logical multipliction of the signal responding to the opening or closing of the feed opening-closing apparatuses 8, 9 and the signal of a logical operation circuit 26 for controlling gate circuits 23-1, 2, 24-1, 2 to the thyristers 19-1, 20-1 are fed to the circuits 23-1, 2, 24-1, 2. Thus, when the opening-closing apparatus 8 is open, the AND gates 29-1, 30-1 are open, and since the thyristors 19-1, 20-1 are OFF, an earth current does not flow through the thyristors 19-1, 20-1. |
