PURPOSE:To fortify soft ground, by spraying a mixture consisting mainly of pulverized blast furnace slag and gypsum dihyrate and containig small amounts of aluminium sulfate and calcium hydroxide, over the surface of soft ground. CONSTITUTION:The ground fortifying agent is prepared by mixing 60-75wt% pulverized blast furnace slag, 20-60wt% gypsum dihydrate, 0.5-10wt% aluminium sulfate and 0.5-10wt% calcium hydroxide. When sprayed over the surface of soft ground in required thickness, the agent absorbs water contained in the ground and hardens. Thus, soft ground is dehydrated and the surface of ground is fortified by a synergistic effect. |
