This machine is used in metallurgy for mechanical treatment of castings before their heat pressing. It ensures enhanced and constant accuracy at enhanced productivity. The machine consists of a bearing body (1) with a headstock (2) fitted to it, a bearing spindle (3) and a tailstock (13). The top part of the bearing body formed longitudinal drives (7), carrying a longitudinal sledge (8) and a milling support (10), the axis of which is located eccentrically and perpendicularly to the axis of the casting (16). On the longitudinal sledge is affixed a transverse sledge (9), bearing the milling support, slanted at an α angle in relation to the direction of displacement of the transverse sledge (9). The longitudinal drives (7) are located at a plane, slanted in the same direction at a β angle in relation to the horizontal plane. The tailstock is affixed to four driving rods (6), connected to the headstock and a hind support plate (5), fitted statically to the bearing body of the machine.
