PURPOSE:To automatically form a tape drawn part after cutting of a tape, by providing a saw-toothed knife to a temporary stopper member, urging said member with a spring and returning a cut point end part of the tape slightly toward the upstream side through the rocking displacement of the saw-toothed knife. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive tape T, fed out to desired length, is partially placed on the upper side of the first temporary stopper member 14. Then under a temporary adhesive condition, an adhesive tape element, located in the downstream side from the first temporary stopper member 14, is turnably displaced about the first temporary stopper member 14 as the center and adapted to a tape cutting means 17, having a saw-toothed knife 15 urged by a spring 21, then the tape element is cut. Simultaneously with this cutting process, a point end part of the adhesive tape T is newly formed, and an area in the vicinity of said point end part is allowed to temporarily adhere partially to the tape cutting means 17, while the rocking displacement of said cutting means 17 causes the point end part of the adhesive tape to approximate to the adhesive tape T on the first temporary stopper member 14. In this way, the adhesive tape, between the cutting means 17 and the first temporary stopper member 14, is folded upward, thus a drawn part 3 can be formed. |
