PURPOSE:To facilitate the consumed electric current test and compensate the cut of the unit electric energy by resetting a frequency divider circuit when electric failure is deteced and compensating the electric energy in the second electricity restoration. CONSTITUTION:In a CPU 7, the data at this time if taken in from a frequency divider 6A, and the difference from the value in the preceding time is obtained, and the difference is added into an electric energy counter, having the data at this tine as the data in the preceding time. When this value exceeds a unit electric power, '1' is added into a unit electric energy counter. It is judged if electric failure is generated or not, including the case where this value does not exceed the unit electric power, i.e., the output of the frequency divider 6A exists or not. In the case other than electric failure, the ordinary processing is carried out, while in case of electric failure, '1' is added to an electric failure frequency counter, and the number of time of electric failure is counted. In this case, the CPU 7 resets each frequency divider circuit through a signal line 17 and an OR gate 65. Then, other processings are carried out, and halt is performed. When electricity restoration is carried out, the ordinary processing is carried out when the electricity restoration frequency counter value is not '2', while the counter value is '2', addition of '1' to the unit electric energy counter is performed, and the electric failure frequency counter is cleared. |
