PURPOSE:To allow detecting accurate temperature with a laser diode obtained for preventing temperature detection delay, by constituting a laser diode and temperature detecting element in the same chip. CONSTITUTION:This laser diode is loaded on a mount and mount and constituted by including a chip formed with the laser diode and temperature detecting element. In other words, the laser diode element 4 and temperature detecting element 5 are formed in the same chip loaded on the mount 6. The temperature of the chip can be directly measured by the additional formation of the temperature detecting element to the chip with the laser diode element. Therefore, it has effects that temperature can be directly detected with the prevention of temperature detection delay. |
