PURPOSE:To transmit signal at high speed, by arranging an input protecting circuit close to the input circuit between an input terminal and an input circuit. CONSTITUTION:The input protecting circuit 12 is arranged on layout on the side of the input circuit between the input terminal 11 and input circuit 13 to shorten a wiring 14 with the reduction of wiring resistance R1 and wiring capacity C2. Therefore, time constant between the input terminal 11 and input circuit 13 decreases for signal transmission at high speed. |
