VACUUM TUBE TYPE SOLAR HEAT COLLECTOR

PURPOSE:To contrive to lower the temperature of material or members at a no- water operation and to prevent the characteristics of selective absorption film from deteriorating and to improve the reliability of sealing by a structure wherein a latent heat type heat accumulating material with a higher melting point than the normal operating temperature of the collector is provided at the portion thermally connecting with a heat collecting plate. CONSTITUTION:The latent heat type heat accumulating material is packed in a copper heat transfer medium tube thermally connected with the heat collecting plate 4 at the collector comprising the heat collecting plate 4 and a heat transfer medium tube 9, both of which are vacuum-sealed within a transparent glass tube 1. The melting point of the heat accumulating material used is 200-400 deg.C and the heat collecting plate 4 is used with Black Chrome selective absorption film covering thereon. Owing to the structure as described above, the temperature of the heat collecting plate 4 is suppressed even under no-water operation and the deterioration of the characteristics of the selective absorption film due to heat and as well as the improvement of the reliability of welded part by vacuum sealing 5 can be attained.
