PURPOSE:To increse the following up property of the title valve with respect to the variation of pressure by a method wherein a pressure receiving section of the valve is formed of a diaphragm, a slide valve is molded with a low melting point metal and a diaphragm fixing section is welded to the slide valve through a retainer having the same quality of the material of which the slide valve is made. CONSTITUTION:The diaphragm 13 of a pressure sensitive valve mechanism 10 is formed of a rubber wing and the slide valve 14 is molded with a resin material. Then the fixing section 17 of the diaphragm 13 is welded to the slide valve 14 by heating a heat deposital section 18. As regards the requirements for the heat deposition, the melting point of the material forming the slide valve 14 shall be lower than the momentous heat resistant temperature of the fixing section 17 so that the heat loss in the fixing section 17 at the time of heat deposition is prevented, the sealing property of the valve is not spoiled and the hysteresis due to the friction of the slide valve 14 is reduced side by side because of the lightness of the weight of the resin material of which the valve is formed. |
