The invention relates to a control device for the remote control of turntable ladders and mobile work platforms where the sequences of motion are also controlled from a rescue cage or work cage. The aim of the invention is to achieve remote control of turntable ladders and mobile work platforms by simple technical means in order to make a considerable reduction in the material and financial outlay required in comparison with the known remote control devices. The most significant feature of the invention is the articulation of pneumatic working cylinders on the mechanical actuating devices of the control valves of the hydraulic drives. The invention is expediently used with turntable ladders and mobile work platforms where the sequences of motion are controlled from the rescue cage or work cage.
