PURPOSE:To improve responsiveness and a detecting property, by obtaining an output depending on a difference in phase of a phase detecting signal and a reference phase. CONSTITUTION:A measuring output of a counter 100 is compared with a reference value previously set, and digital comparator 900 generates different outputs, for example, A-C corresponding to a condition, for example, a condition that the measuring outputs is larger than the reference value, a condition that it coincides with the reference value, or a condition that it is smaller than the reference value. In the case of the output A, a program value being previously prepared is stored in a memory 400 by a phase detecting output correcting means 1000, in the case of the output B, an output of a counter 300, and in the case of the output C, other program value being previously prepared. As a result, only when a frequency of a detecting signal coincides with a reference frequency, a phase of a phase detecting signal and an output, depending on a phase difference of a reference phase, are obtained. |
