PURPOSE:To enhance the integration of an IC of master-slice method by providing one conductive type channel and a plurality of transistors on a substrate with an IC having at least three transistors connected in series with each other as a basic unit. CONSTITUTION:Transistor group TDi are formed of n pieces of drive MOSs and are connected in series with each other, at least one load MOSTLu, TLD are connected to both ends, thereby forming a fundamental circuit. In case of n-input AND circuit, the second terminal NLU=VDD (+terminal), node N1= VSS (-terminal), node Nn+1=Vout (output terminal), and input Ii=VINi. In this manner, the disposing margin of regular Tr group can be reduced, thereby obtaining an IC of master-slice type having enhanced integration under the same primary base. |
