PURPOSE:To prevent the surface of a mold when a plastic is molded from being corroded, by applying hydrogen peroxide on the surface of the mold thereby removing the tarnish on the mold and rendering the mold surface free of remains. CONSTITUTION:In the process for molding a plastic, hydrogen peroxide is applied on the mold surface that is in a heated state. Thus, the tarnish formed on the mold surface is decomposed with the hydrogen peroxide to be removed, and therefore the mold surface would not occur any damage. |
