PURPOSE:To proliferate adhesive animal cells on the surface of a culturing medium base, uniformly and effectively, by using an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer as the culturing medium base. CONSTITUTION:Adhesive animal cells are cultured on a culturing medium base made of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, preferably saponified etylene-vinyl ester copolymer having an ethylene content of 10-80mol% and saponification ratio of >=80mol%. |
