The boiler for a fireplace comprises a cage or bank (2) of curved tubes in the form of a dome which is open at the front (3), a connection arch (4) on the horizontal plane and a bank (5) of horizontal curved tubes which fit the grate of the hearth. A tank (8) for the heat-exchange hot water is arranged at the top of said dome and a connecting tube (10) joins the cold-water admission tube (7) to the tube (9) for conveying hot water to the circuit of the installation for heating with radiators or for hygienic/sanitary use. <IMAGE>
