PURPOSE:To make a light of a light source at each wave length incident to a spectrometer with good efficiency, by driving a location of a lens forming the image of a light source in interlocking with the wave length scanning of the spectrometer through the use of a waveform setter. CONSTITUTION:A pulse from a pulse generator P drives pulse motors M1 and M2 via gates G1 and G2. The motor M1 makes wave length scanning of a spectrometer and the motor M2 dirves lenses L1 and L2 coupled incorporatedly. The gates G1 and G2 are closed with a coincident signal from comparators C1 and C2. Counters K1 and K2 count pulses applied to the motors M1 and M2. The wave length of a wave-length setter W is converted into a digital value of the comparator C1 for comparison. The counted output of the counter K1 is given to a CPU, the lenses L1 and L2 are set to a position corresponding to the outputted wave length of the spectrometer, allowing to make the light from a light source incident to the spectrometer with good efficiency. |
