<p>PURPOSE:To safely constructing a digesting tank with high treating capacity by spanning a stress transmitting member over the upper end side of an oval shaped sludge digesting tank made of reinforced concrete and the upper end part of an arranged pipe tower made of reinforced concrete constructed on the ground. CONSTITUTION:A footing 2 is integrally provided to the lower side part of an oval like sludge digesting tank 1 made of reinforced concrete along the peripheral direction thereof and placed on the ground as well as the tank wall part below the footing 2 is let fall into the ground hole so as to construct the digesting tank in a condition supported on the hole bottom surface. An arranged pipe tower 5 is also made of reinforced concrete and constructed on the ground so as to be parted from the sludge digesting tank 1 and a machine chamber is provided to the basement thereof. A stress transmitting rigid member 6 is spanned over the upper end side of the sludge digesting tank 1 and the upper end side of the arranged pipe tower 5. This rigid member is also made of reinforced concrete and a passageway 7 of a worker is provided thereto.</p> |
