PURPOSE:To eliminate charging information to a specific subscriber, by comparing the information of a party requesting the charging information with discriminating information of a subscriber permitted for the elimination of the charging information. CONSTITUTION:A detecting section 2 detects the request of elimination of charging information 1 and transmits the information of a party requesting the elimination to a comparison section 4. The comparison section 4 reads out discriminating information 6 of a subscriber permitted for the elimination from information section 5 to compare if the information is coincident with information 3 inputted from the detecting section. If coincides, information 7 of a subscriber to be eliminated from the requesting party is received to eliminate the charging in formation of the corresponding subscriber in a storage section 9 for storage. Thus, the charging information can be eliminated from specific subscribers by providing the discriminating information for the subscribers permitted for the elimination of the charging information. |
