PURPOSE:To realize the safe and highly reliable treatment and observation for a dangerous article, by adding an unmanned boat to a remote control system provided between a mother ship and an underwater travelling object. CONSTITUTION:In case when the treatment is given to an explosive substance 1 existing in a certain sea area with a certain degree of depth, the position of the substance 1 is detected by a detector 3 provided to a mother ship 2. After detecting the presence of the substance 1, an unmanned boat 4 is guided to the place right above the substance 1 by the electric wave given from the ship 2 which is located with a sufficient distance secured from the effective range of the substance 1. Then a pinger 7 is shrown automatically onto the sea bottom. An underwater travelling object 5 is hanged down into the sea with a prescribed degree of depth by an electromechanical cable 9 before the boat 4 reaches the place right above the substance 1. Then the driving electric power is supplied to the object 5 through the cable 9, and at the same time the control signal is transmitted and received between the boat 4 and the object 5. The control signal is transferred between the ship 2 and the object 5 through a wire control transmission system via a wireless control transmission system and the cable 9. |
