Foamable resin particles are disclosed which comprise a vinyl aromatic polymer and a volatile blowing agent and which are coated with a composition comprising sorbitan monooleate, monopalmitate, monolaurate or monostearate and a diheptyl, dioctyl or dinonyl phthalate. The foamable resin particles are readily foamed to provide foamed resin products. |
