PURPOSE:To discriminate whether many VTR are working normally to run tapes or not by utilizing control signals for editing recorded on VTR tapes in a program sending system of plural channels. CONSTITUTION:A program sending system of plural channels such as CATV is controlled by a system controller 39, and VTR30, 31 and switches are controlled through a VTR controller 38. When VTR30 is operated, a video tape runs and a control signal (f) is regenerated from a control track for counting provided on the tape. It is converted to d.c. by a rectifying circuit consisting of a capacitor 46, a diode 47 etc. through a buffer 45, and inputted to a gate 45. An address signal from an address bus 55 is decoded by a decoder 52, and a detection signal is outputted from a gate 48. The controller 39 discriminates that the tape is running normally. |
