PURPOSE:To make it possible to use a high-gain amplifier and improve responsiveness, by providing a plurality of band attenuation filters in a closed loop of a speed controller of an electric motor having a speed feedback loop. CONSTITUTION:A load 5 is connected to a motor 4 through a coupling 7, and a speed detector 6 is connected to the motor 4 through a coupling 8. A signal Vs of the speed detector 6 and a speed command Vr are subtracted one from the other. The deviation therebetween is amplified in an amplifier 2 and then applied through band attenuation filters 9-12 to a power amplifier 3, thereby controlling the motor 4. Accordingly, by setting the band frequency of each of the filters 9-11 to the natural oscillation frequency of the whole machine and setting the band frequency of the filter 12 to the power source induction frequency, it is possible to easily improve accuracy and responsiveness without making the speed control system unstable even if the gain of the amplifier 2 is raised. |
