PURPOSE:To supply electric power stably by installing a direct current control device which controls for output of maximum electric power, a secondary battery, and an inverter when converting direct current power from solar batteries, etc. that has variation into alternate current power. CONSTITUTION:The output voltage of a solar battery 1 is input to a DC electric power control device 11 of a DC-DC converter system which controls the maximum electric power point by means of the output of a sunshine detection device 7, and the output of the device 11 is input to an inverter 3 through a secondary battery 12 to supply AC power to the electric power system. The maximum output of the solar battery in accordance with sunshine is stored in the secondary battery 12 and ordinarily a constant power from the secondary battery 12 is supplied through the inverter 3, and when the voltage of the battery 12 drops, the input is given to the inverter 3 from the DC power control device 11. Accordingly excess discharge of the battery 12 is prevented and always stable AC power can be supplied. |
