发明名称 DRIVING MECHANISM OF THROTTLE VALVE
摘要 PURPOSE:To increase resolving power of air quantity control at low opening of a throttle valve while increse opening speed of the valve at high opening of the throttle valve, by providing a slide element rocking linkage between the throttle valve and actuator in an internal combustion engine. CONSTITUTION:A throttle lever 4 is secured to one end of a shaft 3 of a throttle valve 2, and a roller 5 is provided to the point end of the lever 4. An actuator 6 is provided to the outside of an intake bore 1, and a turning lever 8, used with the roller 5 as a slide element, is mounted to a drive shaft 7 of the actuator. The throttle valve 2 is contractibly open-close operated by r/R times a rotary angle of the actuator in the vicinity of a start point of the throttle valve, while spreadably operated{1+1/2X(c/R)<2>}times in the vicinity of a fully opening point. In this way, resolution is increased at low opening of the valve, while opening speed is increased at high opening of the valve.
