PURPOSE:To grasp the variation of conditions of transformation and defects with a computer and on-line, by classifying and extracting an AE wave by the plural filters. CONSTITUTION:An AE wave caught by a detector 21 is converted into an electric signal and is applied to each filter circuit 23a-23n through a preamplifier 22. Each extracted signal is inputted into each peak amplitude measuring circuit 24a-24n and is converted into a pulse train corresponding to the amplitude value of the inputted signal here. This pulse train is inputted into counting output circuits 25a-25n and is counted. Further, said pulse train is converted into an analogue signal by the circuits 25a-25n and is given to a multi-pen type recorder 26 and then, is recorded. Then, it is set by a counting system setting circuit 27 which decides whether the sum total is measured or a counting ratio is measured for all test period to the circuits 25a-25n. |
