<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a measuring method having improved noise suppression effect easily, by obtaining a square integral signal through the coincidence of the response start point of time of the 1st and 2nd response signals in a system to be measured caused in response to pulsive transmission signals at the 1st and 2nd time, and through the integration of them. CONSTITUTION:In a square integration signal generator, a response signal is received at a receiver 5, AD-converted at a signal processing circuit and recorded in an RAM. Since the generation of an output signal and the fetching of an input signal are made in the same timing at all times at a control section 1, the response waveform at the 1st and 2nd times of a system to be measured can be recorded to a prescribed part respectively as the same waveform except for a change in noise component through the superimposition. The response waveform is sequentially read out from the tip and multiplied at a multiplier 9 and inputted to an integrator 10. The output of the integrator 10 is digitally processed to pick up the physical property suitable for the objective with the double integration signal, or DA-converted to obtain a square integration signal.</p> |
