PURPOSE:To obtain a device which can take only a required part of the picture in a screen into a memory, by providing frequency dividing circuits which divide frequencies with a designated division ratio and controlling time points of taking-in of the picture in vertical and horizontal directions by these circuits. CONSTITUTION:In respect to frequency dividing circuits which divide frequencies with a designated division ratio, a vertical synchronizing signal VD and a horizontal synchronizing signal HD are generated through frequency dividers 2 and 3 and monostable multivibrators 4 an 5 by the clock signal from an oscillator 1 and are transmitted. Horizontal start coordinates XS, end coordinates EX, vertical start coordinates YS, end coordinates YE, a horizontal signal HDEV, and a vertical signal VDEV are outputted from a computer 32, and vertical coordinates are controlled by comparators 8 and 9 and a counter 12, and horizontal coordinates are controlled by comparators 10 and 11 and a counter 13. A range of the picture to be taken in is designated through AND gates 14-16, and outputs from frequency dividing circuits 6 and 7 are inputted to a picture memory 20 through an address counter 18 and a timing controlling circuit 19. |
