PURPOSE:To enable to perform a series of simple tests by means of a simplified device, by a method wherein a pipe is connected to a base and is pressed against an inner frame suspending from an outer frame by means of a bolt and a fixing nut. CONSTITUTION:An inner frame 18 suspends from an outer frame 8a through the medium of a fixing nut 4, a stop ring 3 of a thrust bearing 2, and the thrust bearing 2 by means of a bolt 1. If the bolt 1 is loosened by a torque wrench 14 and a box spanner 15, the inner frame 18 is designed to be prevented from turning with a rest pin 7 slid in an oblong circle 8b in the outer frame 8. The use of the tester permits the test of a load through loosening of the bolt 1. If the bolt 1 is threaded in a left-handed manner, this enables applying of a load through a clockwise turn being a habitual practice of a human being, and permits to perform a series of simple tests by means of a hand-operated and very simplified device. |
