PURPOSE:To obtain a simplified metallic mold used for insulation covers, etc., inexpensively by covering a thermosetting resin on a base body, manufacturing a pattern from this film and manufacturing an aluminum mold from this pattern. CONSTITUTION:Holes 12a are provided to the superposed surfaces of prescribed conductors 11a, 11b, and these are assembled to one body by means of bolts 13 and nuts 14. A film 21 is formed over the entire surface of the junctures thereof by using a thermosetting resin of a suitable thickness. The film 21 is removed to make a pattern, from which an aluminum mold 22 is manufactured by a casting method. A desired insulation cover is manufactured from this aluminum mold 22. |
