PURPOSE:To continuously install plural molds to a die set, by attaching a mold to a die plate, and inserting this die plate into holding metallic fittings for forming a groove provided at a desired interval on an upper plate and a lower plate of the die set. CONSTITUTION:In case when a mold is attached to an attaching part A of a die set, a punch 14 and a die 15 are fixed to one die plate 8 and another die plate 8, respectively, through a fitting hole. Said each die plate 8 is fixed to an upper plate 1 and a lower plate 2 of the die set. This work is performed by inserting the die plate 8 along a groove 3 by holding metallic fittings 4, and fitting a notch into a frame 5. A hole for fixing the die plate 8 is alinged with a hole 7 of the upper plate 1, and also, in case of the lower plate, too, the holes are aligned in the same way, each die plate 8 is fixed to the upper plate 1 and the lower plate 2, respectively, in one body by a setting pin 6, and installation of a mold completed. |
