<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative material by forming a foamable electron beam curable pattern containing as main ingredients a foaming agent and an electron beam curable compound on a base material and then emitting an electron beam to the pattern, thereby foaming and curing the pattern. CONSTITUTION:A foamable electron beam curable pattern formed of a foamable electron beam curable composition containing as main ingredients a foaming agent and an electron beam curable compound is formed on a base material, and an electron beam is thereafter emitted to the pattern, thereby foaming and curing the pattern. As another embodiment, a foamable electron beam curable pattern made of a foamable electron beam curable composition containing as main ingredients a foaming agent and an electron beam curable compound is formed on a base material, a transparent resin layer is further formed on the overall surface of the pattern, and an electron beam is then emitted to the pattern, thereby foaming and curing the pattern. In this manner, a decorative material having a foamed pattern having no irregular foams can be obtained.</p> |
