PURPOSE:To perform a high-precise measurement, by a method wherein detecting parts to be calibered are placed in a plural number of locations being different in temperature and velocity of flow, and a measuring signal and an absolute velocity of flow are found to perform a given computation. CONSTITUTION:Outputs of detecting parts 101-10n of an eddy-current system current meter, which are placed in a plural number of positions of fluid to be measured being different in temperature and velocity of flow, are inputted to signal processing parts 501-50n, consisting of an differential computer, a rectification smoothing circuit, and a computing circuit for removing an unbalanced voltage, and a computing circuit for finding an absolute velocity of flow value. Outputted measuring signals eF and v are stored in a memory part 63 of a computing processor 60. Changing of the exciting frequencies of the detecting parts 101-10n forms an equality of eF(v)=evt+DELTAet, and an output sensitivity ev and unbalanced voltage DELTAet are computed from data in the memory part 63. A coorection is made on a measuring signal eF by the use of the computing result, and this enables obtaining of high-precise measurements. |
