PURPOSE:To reduce the size and the weight by providing an electromagnetic mechanism for allowing/restricting the rotation of the input shaft on the end section at the input shaft penetrating section. CONSTITUTION:A brake board 12 is provided on a brake gear 10 secured to the input shaft 4 while facing with the brake face 2a formed on one end face of the input side bracket 2. A brake coil 15 is wound in the circular groove 3a of a fixed core 3 coupled to the outer end section of the input side bracket 2, while a guide pin 13 idly fitted on the movable core 14 is planted on the fixed core 3. When the brake coil 15 is not excited, the movable core 14 will press the brake board 12 against the brake face 2a through a coil spring 16 thus to brake the input shaft 4, rotary speed change gear mechanism 21 and the output shaft. |
