The entire trapezoidal window surface to be covered by means of a roller blind is divided up into a rectangular canvas portion (1) and a triangular canvas portion (2). Each of these portions (1 and 2) is assigned, at the head end, a spring shaft (3 and 4, respectively) upon which to wind the respective canvas webs, as well as corresponding casings (7 and 13, respectively) for covering and as securing means for the spring shafts (3 and 4). The casing (7) of the rectangular canvas portion (1) is, in addition, connected to the that (13) of the triangular canvas portion (2) via a hinge (15), with the result that it can be pivoted, according to the chain-dotted circular path (8) and arrow (P), out of its end position on the stop (11) up to the casing (13). <IMAGE>
