PURPOSE:To enable to easily decide whether or not the ingested untrition elements are well-balanced, by a method wherein a nutrition balance is decided based on a shape of a figure formed resulting from the plotting on scale marks of a eatable nutrition balance check table. CONSTITUTION:Based on a eating amount, in an eating amount item of an eatable nutrition list table, and an amount of each nutrition element, such as vitamine B2, vitamine B1, nicotine, vitamine A, being ingested for a period of a month, is computed from a number of eating times in an item indicating the number of eating times for a period of a month for a food-stuff indicated in each eatable name item of an eatable check list table. An average amount of each nutrition element ingested per day, found by computation, is plotted on a scale mark indicating an amount of each nutrition element indicated on an eatable nutrition element balance check table 9 as shown in a diagram. The plots on the scale marks 11 are connected with a line to form a figure A surrounding a reference circle 10 and being formed in a given shape. The check of the figure permits the easy decision of a balance of the ingested nutrition elements. |
