PURPOSE:To shorten a wasteful time by fitting an upper limit position setting and lowering speed control unit to a cutting head assembly, lowering the cutting head assembly at a high speed, and conducting the cutting at a low speed. CONSTITUTION:When a solenoid SOL1 of a valve 123 is energized, the pressure oil from an oil pressure pump P is fed into an oil pressure motor 37, raising a cutting head assembly 5. Next, when a solenoid SOL2 is energized, the oil in the oil hydraulic motor 37 is discharged by the weight of the assembly 5, thereby lowering the assembly 5 at a high speed. And after a sensing member 101 gets into contact with a work piece W, a detection means 93 and a valve means 95 are released from a contact with a control member 103, lowering the assembly 5 at a low speed preset by a flow control valve 129. |
