PURPOSE:To enable to discharge combustion gas to the outside of a room surely upon using a gas hot-water heater by a method wherein a duct, attached to the upper side of the gas hot-water heater, is connected to a range hood operated automatically upon using the gas hot-water heater. CONSTITUTION:The main frame 1 of the range hood, provided above a gas range, is provided with a discharging fan 2 and a switch 3 for operation at the inside thereof while is also provided with a cooperating switch 11 cooperating with a gas pressure switch closed upon using of the gas hot-water heater 6 neighboring the gas range. In this case, a baffler 7 for discharging exhaust gas is provided above the gas hot-water heater 6 communicated with an indoor side suction port 9 for the range hood main frame 1 through a duct 8 for discharging the exhaust gas. An electric damper 12 is also provided at a connecting part between the duct 8 and the main frame 1 and is operated by the cooperating switch 11 while a draft damper 10 is provided on the other end face of the duct 8. |
