PURPOSE:To position a member driven by a motor in an objective position without overshooting, by operating a position controlling loop band with no overshooting through an initial speed of a position response and a known initial position error. CONSTITUTION:The speed of a motor is speed-controlled at a speed controlling mode so that the speed follows a reference speed, and the mode enters a position controlling mode, but the initial value is deviated from the designed value. In a gain switching circuit, a position signal corresponding to the position error is received from a signal line 6b, a signal corresponding to the speed is received from a signal line 6c, and a signal switched to the control mode is received from a signal line 6a, and a speed signal corresponding to the instant switched to the instant speed at the switching to the position controlling mode is sample-held at the mode switching signal. From the initial speed corresponding to the sample- held speed signal and the known position initial value, the position controlling loop band with no overshooting is operated and a control signal is given to a power amplifier 2 based on the band. |
