PURPOSE:To reduce horizontal transfer effect and to decrease signal interference, by forming 2 transfer parts, and transferring a color-separated signal separately. CONSTITUTION:On an inter-line transfer CCD 20, the first and second line transfer parts 23, 24. A photosensitive part 21 and a transfer part 22 are arrayed alternately, and signal charge which has been photoelectrically converted by the photosensitive part 21 is shifted to the transfer part 22 arrayed in the adjacent part on the right, in the vertical blanking period, and after that, is transferred downward. The signal charge sent from the transfer part 22 is inputted to the transfer part 23 in the horizontal blanking period, and in this part 23, every other signal is shifted to the transfer part 24. The signal sent to these transfer parts 23, 24 is transferred in the left direction, and is detected as an output signal from output terminals V01, V02. In this way, since a color-separated signal comes through a separate path, it can be obtained in an exactly separated state without signal interference. |
