PURPOSE:To prevent reduction of damping performance, and generation of cavitation, etc., in a vehicle damper prepared with an oil hole or oil holes connecting oil chambers in above and below the piston by preparing a hole to extract air which is apt to be accumulated to the lower end of the rod guide. CONSTITUTION:Air is apt to be accumulated to the under side of the rod guide 4, when oil is poured into the oil chambers A and B at above and under the piston 2 which is free to slide in the cylinder 3, and is difficult to be extracted; therefore, a hole 7 to connect oil chamber A and ambinece is prepared to the underside of the rod guide 4, and a valve 8 is installed through a pipe. Normal damping function is obtained by extracting the air accumulated in the cylinder 3, with the hole 7 and the valve 8. |
