PURPOSE:To enable efficient seoaration of strongly magnetic cutting chips and grinding chips mixed in the cutting oil by providing an endless chain conveyor and a collision bar. CONSTITUTION:When processing liquid is poured into the supply part 41 and discharged from a discharge port 42 and a convayor 13 is operated, a thin bar 21 is magnetized while it passes on a permanent magnet 37 and inverts the pivot 20 of a screen 24, and collides against a collision bar 38. Thereafter, it takes a round on the screen 24 while keeping a tip of the thin bar 21 in contact with the slanted side wall and the base. The processing liquid flows opposite to the conveyor and flows in the lower side and flows out from a discharge port 42. The field of the magnet 37 extends in the liquid up to a processing liquid guide plate 39 above the top plate 36, and attracts strongly magnetic cutting chips 43 in the direction of the magnet 37. Accordingly, the chips are lowered by the magnet 37 and temporarily magnetized thin bar 21 and attracted by the thin bar 21. The chips 43 are separated from the magnet 37 on arrival at the carrying out end 16, and the chips on the thin bar 21 are thrown off to a receiving port 17 by collision with the collision bar 38. |
