PURPOSE:To obtain an outer rotor motor being able to automate and having favorable productivity and favorable performance by a method wherein the shape of slots of a stator core to put inside windings therein is formed as to enlarge the core center side as compared with the shape of slots to put outside windings therein. CONSTITUTION:In regard to the slots 12 for the inside windings 8 of the stator core 7A, the slot bottom parts 11A thereof are formed being spread as shown in the figure, and in regard to the slots 13 for the outside windings 9, the upper parts 10A of slot are spread as shown in the figure. Accordingly the space factor of winding is made to up by 10%. Moreover the shape of slots of the stator core 7A-1 to put the inside windings 8 therein is formed as to enlarge the core center side as compared with the shape of slots to put the outside windings 9 therein. Accordingly density of magnetic flux at the tooth parts becomes to the normal value, and the space factor of winding is upped. |
