PURPOSE:To reduce loss of torque transmitted and prevent positional error owing to backlash by rotating the actuator with a step motor for a certain required angle and converting into a straight motion of control rod with the aid of actuator. CONSTITUTION:If rotary shaft 18 is rotated by feeding specified pulses into a step motor 14, an actuator 21 will be rotated at the same time. Then the pressing face 25 presses the control rod 20 in the axial direction toward a hydraulic valve controller 6, and the valve will be shut. At this time of pressing control rod 20, the rotary shaft 18 rotates for a certain required angle in accordance with fed pulses, so that the straight motion of the rod 20 pressed by the actuator 21 will be also with a specific distance. |
