PURPOSE:To obtain large-sized, precise and lightweight products by using a high- rigidity framework structure, which uses a beam, as a basic skeletal structure, and then constituting a supporting skeletal structure so that a mirror surface body which is a flexible structure has rigidity. CONSTITUTION:Framing is performed by using a longitudinal beam 2 and a lateral beam 3; and a bracket 4 provid at their joint part, and the 3rd lateral beam 3 is provided in the center and coupled with a driving mechanism for tracking. To constitute the bracket 4, a longitudinal piece 5 is fitted to the longitudinal beam 2, and a flange 4' for fitting is provided to its upper edge and then fitted to the supporting beam 9 of a supporting beam skeletal structure 8. The supporting beam structure 8 is constituted as a flexible structure by using the supporting beam 9 of a hat-sectioned channel and a longitudinal running material 10, and the supporting beams 9 are coupled by the material 10 perpendicularly at an interval to form a flexible structure, supporting a parabolic mirror body 11. The parabolic mirror body 11 is constituted by connecting parabolic mirrors 12 in a flume shape. Consequently, large-sized, lightweight and precise products are obtained. |
