PURPOSE:To manufacture a stator cool easily, by a method wherein ratio of the number of magnet poles of a stator magnet to the number of poles of a stator coil is made 4:5 and the number of coil poles is reduced. CONSTITUTION:The figure shows a flat-type motor in three-phase eight-pole structure. The number of coil poles is four in U-phase, two in V-phase and four in W-phase. An opening angle of each coil pole is made 45 degrees corresponding to a magnet pole opening angle of a rotor magnet. U-phase coils U1-U4 and W-phase coils W1-W4 are shifted with each other in 4pi/3 and laminated into two layers. V-phase coils V1, V2 are arranged and fixed to intermediate space of the laminated coil group in shifting 4pi/3 with respect to U-phase in one layer constitution. Thickness of each coil is 1/2 of the total coil thickness tc in U-phase and W-phase and tc in V-phase. In this constitution, a motor of minimum number of coil poles in two layers can be constituted and the motor efficiency corresponds approximately to that of 24 poles thereby the number of coil poles is reduced and space of pi/3 is obtained between phase coil poles and the manufacturing cost is reduced. |
