PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for seismic control hydraulic damper capable of easily mounting a seismic control hydraulic damper on the skeleton of a building even if the working space around the mounting part of the hydraulic damper is narrow or the peripheral floor of the mounting part is incomplete. SOLUTION: The seismic control hydraulic damper 20 fixed by a fixing means 28 so as not to change the attitude or length is mounted on structures 16, 14 and 12c, and the structures 16, 14, and 12c are mounted on the skeletons 10a, 12a, 18, and 22 of the building together with the seismic control hydraulic damper 20.
