PURPOSE:To make it possible to display picture signals in color in one transfer action by using two-color transfer capsules that have different melting points as a transfer layer and making the contents of capsules different. CONSTITUTION:A transfer layer 10 that combines two-color and thermally melting two cpasules, for example, of red capsule 15b and blue capsule 15c and a binder 15 is formed on the main face of the base paper 15a of a transfer sheet 15. The main face of a paper 20 on which transfer is made is covered with a white opaque layer 20b such as wax that makes transparent or vaporizes a coloring layer of single color, for instance, yellow at a low melting point that is about 250 deg.C. Melting points of the red capsules and blue capsules are higher that the melting point of the opaque layer 20b and they are mutually different. The inside volume of the red casules 15b is set larger than that of the blue capsules 15c. With this arrangement transfer of yellow, red, blue and white and their overlappings can be done rapidly with emphasis on a certain color. |
